Shipping policy

1. Delivery area

VROU delivers online shop orders within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order processing

• Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays).
• Once your payment has been confirmed, we aim to prepare your order within 2 to 3 business days.
• During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

3. Delivery fees and estimates

• A fixed delivery fee of R120 applies to all orders delivered within South Africa.
• Orders with a subtotal of R3 000 or more qualify for free shipping.
• The applicable delivery fee (or free shipping) is shown in your order summary at checkout before you pay.
• Estimated delivery times depend on your location and courier availability, and are shown where possible during checkout.
• Delivery is to a valid street address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes at all.

4. Order updates and tracking

• You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase has been placed successfully.
• When your order has been dispatched, we will send a further confirmation with courier and tracking details where available.
• Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Collection from our studio

Prefer to collect in person? At checkout, select Collect in store instead of delivery. No delivery fee applies, and our studio address will be shown for collection.

Collect your order from VROU at 76 York Street, Harvil House, George, 6529. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection, subject to stock availability.

6. Incorrect or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly. See our returns & refunds policy for more information.
