Package Terms

Terms that apply to Vrou Skin Club monthly membership packages. Please read these before you sign up.

1. Overview

Vrou Skin Club is a monthly membership programme at VROU. Each package includes a set of beauty and skincare treatments each month for a fixed monthly fee.

These Package Terms explain how membership works, including sign-up, payments, bookings, and what happens to unused treatments. They apply in addition to our standard studio policies and any information shown on the Skin Club packages page.

2. Choosing a package

You choose one of the published Skin Club packages (for example Vrou Basic, Vrou Glow, Vrou Luxe, Vrou Elite, or Vrou Teen Glow). The treatments included in your package, and the monthly price, are those shown for your selected tier at the time you join.

Where a package lists alternative treatments (for example a facial or a pedicure), you may choose which included option you use within that month, subject to availability and booking.

3. Sign-up and payments

  • To join, use the Sign up link on your chosen package on our website to complete online registration.
  • When you sign up, you pay your first month’s package amount to activate your membership.
  • Thereafter, on a monthly basis, your package amount is deducted for as long as you remain an active member, unless you cancel in line with these terms.
  • Membership runs in monthly cycles from the day you join to the same date the following month, when it renews. For example, if you subscribe on 10 June, your membership is valid until 10 July, when your next month begins.
  • Payment arrangements, billing dates, and any debit-order or card details will be confirmed with you when you join.

4. Bookings and scheduling

Once you are a member, you book your included treatments through our normal booking channels (for example WhatsApp or our online booking system, as advised by the studio).

  • You do not need to use all included treatments in a single visit.
  • You may book each included treatment separately and spread appointments across your membership cycle.
  • Bookings are subject to therapist availability and studio opening hours.
  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred times.

5. Included treatments and monthly allowance

  • Your package includes only the treatments listed for your tier for that membership cycle (not the calendar month).
  • Included treatments must be used within that membership cycle — from your sign-up date until the day before your renewal.
  • Unused treatments do not carry over when your membership renews.
  • Treatments cannot be exchanged for cash, retail products, or treatments not listed in your package, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Add-on services or upgrades beyond your package may be available at additional cost if offered by the studio.

6. Changes and cancellation

If you wish to change your package tier, pause your membership, or cancel, please contact us in advance. We will confirm any notice period, outstanding payments, or treatment entitlements for your current membership cycle.

VROU may update package inclusions, pricing for new members, or these Package Terms from time to time. We will communicate material changes to existing members where appropriate.

7. General

Membership is personal to you and is not transferable without our consent. You are responsible for attending booked appointments or giving reasonable notice if you need to reschedule, in line with our studio cancellation policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable South African consumer protection law where those rights apply.
